Initially the Mobile Apps Business Unit of Asurion worked with us to build a customer service portal for carrier level one and two support agents. Our relationship quickly grew to where we provided strategic services including product roadmap definition, development management, product management as well as architecture and system design services. We led the development effort at Asurion to integrate the Mobile Backup product with carriers large and small in Canada and the United States.
Specifically for the AT&T network, we integrated the Asurion Mobile Backup provisioning and billing APIs with AT&T back-office systems for activation / deactivation and billing. During this process, AT&T performed a series of fail-over and stress testing to ensure that the solution would meet a service level agreement of 99.999%.
